Case Study - Miracle Method

Miracle Method is the leader in bathtub, ceramic tile and countertop refinishing. They came to us with a lot of information on their site that wasn't very easy to find. We completed an extensive design specification and made recommendations on ways to reorganize the information and add to it. The site was rewritten and reorganized to help visitors find the information they were seeking quickly. The site also received a new look in keeping with their marketing.

The site has several target audiences including consumers, business seekers and franchise owners. Organized and simple site navigation was key. Landing pages were created for targeted marketing. The site now serves as an effective sales tool. Miracle Method walks prospective franchise owners through various aspect of the site including the newly added Case Studies.

We co-maintain the site with Miracle Method. The site has been setup on Contribute allowing Miracle Method to easily make changes to the site.

Since the redesign both traffic and franchise sales have increased.
