Case Study - Ray Allen Manufacturing

Ray Allen Manufacturing, Inc is the world leader in Professional K-9 equipment. When we met them their website was not meeting their needs. We redesigned their site to provide clear navigation and a consistent look and feel. They maintain the majority of the website themselves with an administration tool we created. Following the site redesign their web traffic increased by 40% with no other marketing changes.

We built a back end maintenance system that allows Ray Allen to modify their products, pictures or pricing and have it display immediately on the website. They required not only the flexibility to modify their products, but also to modify the look of the page the product was on. We created a system that allows them to create new product templates whenever they need them. This gives them total flexibility and control over their site.

They have e-commerce with full integration into their current order/accounting system. This means they can take an order on the web and they do not need to rekey it into their system. The order downloads into their system and processes just like they had keyed it in over the phone.

We also provided an image rotator which they use on their home page and on the first page of their products. We've given them the ability to add pictures and they will automatically rotate.
