Good data can assist in making good decisions that build a great company. Bad data can detroy a company. We build effective databases on and off the web to keep track of one of your most important assets - information about your customers, products and prospects.

Web-based databases
We create websites that are driven by databases. When the data gets changed, the website changes automatically. An example of this is Ray Allen Manufacturing. We built them a powerful web interface to update their product information. The website is automatically updated when they change the data.

Microsoft Access Databases
We've created dozens of Microsoft Access databases. Most of these applications were designed to track members, customers or product. Comments we've heard on our work include things like: "We didn't know Access could even do that!", "This is Access? It looks so nice".

Database Development
An effective database begins with a well-developed plan. We meet with you to learn more about your company and the goals you have for your data. We create an online, interactive Design Specification that details the flow, the forms and the reports. This helps you visualize how the application will work and permits changes before completing the actual coding. We've found that this process creates better applications and saves you development time. Once the Design Specification is completed we begin coding the database.
